It's right about now that we tend to fall off from them...but honestly it's really hard to try to re-solve a problem. I have a different approach...

Does your doc even mention what food can do for you?

You don't have to be "perfect" and eat only "clean foods" (I HATE THAT TERM!) in order to have excellent health. BUT you do need certain things to ensure your health AND enjoy certain foods just because you love them.

Your body wants:
- Fiber and nutrients from veggies, fruits, and legumes
- Mostly whole foods, not processed
- Healthy fats like nuts, seeds, avocado, olives
- Protein (plant: without chemicals; animal: without growth hormones)
- Movement you enjoy
- Sleep and recovery
- Stress management

How to cleanse after a party weekend:

1️⃣ Unfollow fitpros or influencers who promote diets and cleansing

2️⃣ Stop working out with anyone who talks about “bikini body” or otherwise promotes being smaller as a way to be worthy of wearing something

3️⃣ Create a mantra that is a loving, kind thing about yourself and use it any time you have a negative thought about yourself.

Food for thought: keep your feed and your mind in high vibration…your reality starts with what you focus on and think about 🙏🏼🧡

Funny story...I HATE YOGA...so I'm doing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training 😱

Yoga used to annoy me. I went to every type, with hundreds of teachers over the years and none of them inspired me. Many would try to force me into a pose or speak cliches, and it was so boring because I liked adventure sports!

Rock climbing was my zen, my meditation. Surfing helped me see how life ebbs and flows and you have to go with it. Mountain biking gave me my greatest connection to nature and fresh air.

The only constant in life is change. I have grown and evolved and found my teachers and guides in many places. I'm so grateful my path led me to where it started with TRX Yoga and opened me up to an exploration of self-discovery with this upcoming experience.

I am an open and ready to learn more about my body, my mind, and my soul. To discover more of who I truly am and to live in my purpose.

MY #1 SECRET...for making very simple, easy meals taste delish:

🍍 Pineapple Pico de gallo

Do you get sick of making the same old thing, finding it a bit boring, but don't have time to make all the cool recipes with 25 ingredients and 10 steps?

UGH! Who has time for that? If you have just one go-to salsa, pico de gallo, dressing, or sauce you love then you can make any meal POP!

Homemade is usually healthier and less $$$ but any favorite will do. My Pineapple Pico is served over eggs and kale for breakfast, over roasted chicken on a salad at lunch, and in grilled fish corn tortilla tacos for dinner.
