🌽 Peak Summer Nourish Bowl ☀️💛

Fresh, colorful, and packed with ingredients your body loves during summer.

This bowl supports wellness with:
🌽 sweet corn (fiber + energy support)
🍅 tomatoes (antioxidants + skin support)
🥒 cucumber (hydration + minerals)
🫐 blueberries (anti-inflammatory antioxidants)
🥑 avocado (healthy fats for hormones + brain health)

Simple summer ingredients. Big nourishment. ✨

✨ Ingredients (1–2 servings):
🌿 mixed greens or arugula
🌽 fresh sweet corn, grilled or sautéed
🍅 cherry tomatoes, halved
🥒 sliced cucumber
🥑 avocado, sliced
🫐 fresh blueberries
🧅 thin sliced red onion
🍗 grilled chicken or salmon (optional for protein)
🌱 fresh basil or parsley
✨ Simple Lemon Herb Dressing:
🍋 juice of 1 lemon
🫒 olive oil
🧂 sea salt + black pepper
✨ optional drizzle of local honey

✨ Instructions:
Grill or sauté fresh corn until lightly charred.
Fill your bowl with greens, tomatoes, cucumber, blueberries, avocado, and onion.
Add warm corn and protein if using.
Drizzle with lemon herb dressing and top with fresh herbs.
