Marketplace was psychotic trying to sell these squat stands- the stories I have now 🤣😩 so I’m going to post them privately here and see if any of my friends or friends of friends are interested. Happy January and new year everyone!!!
I added a few more evening training spots to my schedule for those who can’t do morning appointments!

I know training can be seem like such a big expense, especially in this economy. But I have to say in all of my years of training women one on one, not one person has ever regretted investing in themselves. Here’s the scenario: it’s the new year and you choose to start moving as part of your commitment for this year. You get a gym membership, and walk in to workout but the endless amount of machines and free weights intimidates the crap out of you ( not to mention the young men crawling all over the weight room) so you play it safe and hit the treadmill- staying there indefinitely because you don’t know where or how to start resistance training.

This is the case with most women who come to me.

In my private studio, you get the benefit of privacy ( we work out behind a curtain), individual attention, great equipment ( I have everything you need for a killer strength workout), a woman with over 15 years experience and education to back up her knowledge ( I hold a master of science in exercise science), and a female trainer who understands female bodies. You won’t ever walk out of my place with an injury or so sore you can’t walk. That’s just bad training.

✨✨This Friday evening!! Join the gorgeous Vibrational Healing Institute ladies for an evening of sound!✨✨
This season presents a time to reflect on what we are most grateful for in life - those things that bring us joy and peace. With
just a short time remaining in the year, join us to restore a vibration of abundance.
Together we will move into an altered state of consciousness through the frequency and vibration of sound, allowing our conscious
minds to connect more directly with the Higher Self, Universal Consciousness, and our own subconscious. Tuning into these higher frequencies may lead to healing, heightened intuition, and a stronger connection to Source.
A variety of sound healing instruments including the gong, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, shruti, drums, rattles,
voice, and others will be integrated to accelerate our intentions. These tools may remove blockages and create deep states of relaxation and connection, while restoring alignment so that abundance may flow freely.
The sonic journey will last approximately 60 minutes, followed by an optional group discussion to help integrate and articulate
the experience, as well as to have your journey witnessed by others.
We recommend bringing personal items for your comfort such as a yoga mat and/or blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc. A journal is
suggested to jot down some of your experiences while they are still fresh in your mind. You are also welcome to bring any metaphysical items to clear and cleanse.

Day of the Dead - a joyful celebration of life!
Year six of my extremely popular Day of the Dead event celebrating our ancestors and our lives! Nothing can stop the momentum of this incredible event!
We will honor an ancient Mexican celebration called Dia De Los Mu***os or as it's commonly known, Day of the Dead. This will be a joyful celebration of life and an honoring of our ancestors with ceremony, food, drink, and laughter. We will open with a powerful ceremony honoring our loved ones, a giant altar will be set and we will continue building it together with your photos and objects, and then I (Cheryl ) will lead you in an hour long high energy Buti fire practice filled with Latin inspired music, dance, and tribal movements followed by a mellow live drum savasana. Last year’s Day of the Dead celebration was powerful and moving, you won’t want to miss it again this year!
Day of the Dead is a traditional Mexican observance every year November 1 and 2 to celebrate and honor ancestors and loved ones who have departed. It is a time to celebrate the lives of those we love and to offer food and drink and to join together. The celebration is bright with the use of vivid colors and associated with skulls and skeletons to remind us that life here on earth is impermanent and to celebrate and live for today.
You are invited to bring a photo or two of dearly departed loved ones to put on the special alter space, as well as an relic associated with those who have departed. We will build this altar in the studio which we will practice next to. After practice I invite you to stay for some food and drink, community, and mingling, - celebration of our togetherness.
Pre registration required, spaces are very limited! No refunds for cancellations a week before the event. I spend a lot of time and money preparing for a certain number of people. Thank you for your understanding!
