We often think of “play” as something kids do after the real learning is finished.
But here’s the truth: **play IS learning.**
Climbing, rolling, swinging, jumping, and balancing give a child’s developing brain rich opportunities to explore, problem-solve, and learn through experience.
That’s one reason we love gymnastics so much. It gives children purposeful movement disguised as play.
And yes, the giggles are part of the learning, too. 😊
