Today is the day!

A little over a year ago, we reopened the doors to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Hackettstown with a simple goal: provide exceptional, one-on-one care to our community.

Since then, we've had the privilege of helping people recover from injuries, improve their balance, regain confidence, and get back to doing the things they love.

We're grateful for every client, team member, family member, physician, community partner, and friend who has supported us along the way.

Just over a year ago, FYZICAL Hackettstown opened with a lot of hope, a small team, and a belief that our community deserved exceptional care close to home.

Since then, we've had the privilege of helping hundreds of people move better, recover from injury, improve their balance, regain confidence, and get back to the activities they love.

We're grateful to every client, family member, referral source, employee, and community partner who has supported us along the way.

If you're in the area on Saturday, June 13, we'd love for you to stop by and celebrate with us. Join us anytime between 11 AM and 2 PM for refreshments, clinic tours, demonstrations, and a chance to meet the expanded team. We’d love to see you there and share what this place has become over the past year.

One year ago today – we opened the doors.

A small team, a new space, and a clear idea of what this place should be.

Today looks a little different – 5 clinicians, 1 massage therapist, student rotations, expanded wellness services, and a growing presence in the community.

But the most important parts haven’t changed – the people, the approach, and the belief that getting help should feel straightforward and supported.

From day one, the goal was simple – create a place where people feel comfortable, informed, and confident asking for help.

That’s still the work.

One detail we don’t take lightly – three of the very first clients we saw on day 1 are still here today. And many more from those first weeks and months.

Thank you to everyone who’s trusted us this past year – and to the team that shows up every day to make it real.
