An Important Insurance Update
We want to share an important update regarding insurance coverage at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Hackettstown.
Currently, the therapists providing care at FYZICAL Hackettstown are not credentialed with commercial insurance carriers. As a result, we are temporarily unable to provide in-network services under commercial insurance plans. Credentialing with commercial insurance plans can take several months, and we are actively working through that process.
Patients with Medicare, including those with a Medicare Supplement plan, should not be affected by this change. Medicare Advantage plans are different and may have their own network requirements. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, please contact your insurance carrier or our office so we can help you understand your coverage.
Patients with commercial insurance may still be able to receive care using their out-of-network benefits. Our team can help you understand your coverage and, where appropriate, submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf.
Because every plan is different, your out-of-pocket costs may change.
