FL Hockey Here at FL Hockey we have a state of the art Ice Skating BladeMill
that can fit 5 players at a time who alternate skating.

The BladeMill
goes 30MPH forward and reverse at a full incline. The skater can watch
themself on a 50inch TV which can also be played back in slow motion
to help the skater understand what is being taught. Our main focus is on skating mechanics so that you get the most out of every stride. You'll skate faster while exerting less energy. Skaters also improve their stamina, endurance, lower body

strength, core
strength, stick handling, shooting stick-handling, passing, balance, and of course speed. If you are serious about taking your game to the next level then FL
