Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time joining us, everyone is welcome. We’ll enjoy an easy-paced walk, enjoy good conversations, and get some movement in before the weekend.

TK, you have been such a light in our community, and we’ve truly enjoyed getting to know you both on and off the pavement. Your smile, your jokes (because there’s never a moment you don’t have one 🤣), and your contagious energy make every run and every event that much better!
Celebrating you through 5K with TK was such a special moment, and we’re so grateful for everything you pour into this community. Thank you for showing up, encouraging others, and helping make GRC the family it is today.

Huge thank you to everyone who pulled up to Sparkles Gwinnett last night to help us celebrate TWO YEARS of G-Co Run Club! Trading the running shoes for roller skates was a great time from start to finish!
Two years of miles, memories, and an incredible community that always shows out. We love this family! 🫶

Huge shoutout to everyone who woke up and chose movement with us today!
We had a tight-knit group for our Saturday morning link-up, but the vibes were absolutely unmatched. Half the squad took to the gravel trail to crush some running miles, while the other half kept it moving with a scenic walk through the park!
Don’t forget—tomorrow night we trade our running shoes for roller skates! 🛼 See you at Sparkles Gwinnett at 8:00 PM for our 2-Year Anniversary Skate Night! 🥳 (Link in bio to RSVP!)
