Buy even more interesting is the fortune cookie didn't become the Chinese treat it is until post World War II when most Japanese run bakeries were force closed. Every child deserves a comfortable place to sleep and dream. 💙 Through our A Place to Dream outreach program, we’ve now delivered more than 800 beds to children across Chatham County, helping families create a comfortable space for their children to rest.

This work is possible because our community continues to show up. A heartfelt thank you to Livingood's Appliances & Bedding, Bank of America, New Life Faith and Family Church, Lions Club of Pooler, Rotary Club of Savannah South, Housing Authority of Savannah, and Savannah Fire Department for helping make this impact possible.
