march 1st/sunday i have a couple of people coming to guthrie lake
home of the 2026 Territorial Olympic/Sprint/Super Sprint Triathlon & the

10:am ...if you want to come earlier let me know ...if you come later that's fine too..
i'll have a bike rack setup if you chose to do a transition from swim to bike while you're wet an cold...just like race morning...

i have a couple of athletes interested in an ows for the little elm half next month..
if anyone else has an interest reply to this thread...
the actual day(s)/date(s)/time(s) have yet to be determined..

current water temp from yesterday @2:pm was at 59degs...

you pretty much have 21days before race week...my thoughts are (as a coach) it would be advantageous to get in at least 2 if not 3 or more of these cold water ows...

let me know...
