current forecast for the morning of is 59° but we know that will change 10x's before Sat...
water temp 78.4°....bring the sealskin...
remember...avg swim time for 500yds is around 10:15mins ...just speedo it...🦾😉...

back home from back to back races in AR...
lake temp is slightly cooler ...
time to gear up for the TRI-It Racing Clubs Du Kona Multi-sport Series race in 18days...
