Hey all! District business spotlight: I have been getting strong with my trainer friend, Kerry Quin, who owns Embodyment Athletics Gurnee!

Kerry is a mother of four who understands first-hand the journey of parenthood, self-care, and nutrition. She is kind, caring, non-judgmental, and passionate about helping anyone and everyone feel strong and confident about themselves. I can't say enough positive things.

At Embodyment Athletics we set realistic goals, stay consistent and keep each other MOTIVATED!! Julie is definitely a team player and we are so proud of her accomplishments!! Down a total of 23.4 lbs and she’s lost a total of 6.2% body fat while gaining lean muscle mass! Amazing progress!! 👏🏽🤩💪🏽💪🏽.
