We’re excited to welcome a new trainer to Bam Fitness! She’s been part of our community for quite some time, and many of you have already met her or seen her around the gym. We can’t wait for you all to get to know her even more!

My name is Sunshine Fulgham! I just received my NASM Personal Training, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification! Whether you are new to working out or just wanting some accountability, I am excited to help you! I offer one-on-one training, buddy system training, small group classes, and nutrition guidance! I am now taking clients at Bam Fitness and so excited to help you meet your overall fitness goals! I would love to get in touch for a free consult and talk about your goals!

UPDATE: The water has been restored to the gym!

Hey everyone, just a quick update our main water line was accidentally damaged this afternoon, so the building’s water has been shut off at the main. Repairs are scheduled for the morning.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. I’ll keep you all posted with any updates. Thank you for understanding!
