We are so excited to announce that massage therapy is officially expanding at Jubilee Family Chiropractic — which means we are now OPEN on Thursdays for massage appointments again! 💚

Please help us give a warm welcome to our newest massage therapist, Ms. Ainsley Irani, LMT, BCTMB, NMT | AL License #50147! We feel incredibly blessed to have her joining our team, and we cannot wait for our patients to meet her. Her passion for caring for others, gentle spirit, and clinical knowledge make her such a wonderful addition to our office. You can truly trust that you are in very good hands with her. ✨

Massage Therapy Hours:
• Monday – Wednesday
9:00am–1:00pm & 3:00pm–6:00pm with Mrs. Holly Sallas

• Thursday
9:00am–1:00pm & 3:00pm–6:00pm with Ms. Ainsley Irani

Our very first day of Camp FIT4MOM was a 🌎world🌎 of fun! We had a fun World Traveler themed class followed by a plane craft and time by the water! 💕

There's still plenty of time to join us for the fun this week! We'll have a water play date after class on Wednesday and a bilingual storytime on Friday with special stories in Spanish and German read by moms in our village. 🥰

It's the first day of summer, and if you're anything like us you've already heard I'm bored 500 times today alone. Thankfully, we've got you covered with a full summer of planned-for-you fun! Featuring playgroups, themed workouts moms and their kids will enjoy, and prizes for everyone to love! 🥰
