What. A. WEEK. 😂

In the span of ONE WEEK, Misty and I have somehow managed to:

✅ Move the gym
✅ Move the day spa
✅ Open Lake Guntersville Massage & Wellness
✅ Move our entire house
✅ AND keep running guide trips every day 🎣

At this point, I’m pretty sure our hobbies are moving heavy stuff, working, and seeing how little sleep two people actually need. 😂

It’s been boxes, boats, massage tables, gym equipment, fishing rods, clients, trailers, energy drinks, coffee… and absolute CHAOS.

But we’re still smiling, still married, and still chasing what we’ve worked so hard to build together. ❤️

Different businesses. Same team. Same grind.

Now if anybody needs us… we’ll be NOT MOVING ANYTHING for a while. 😂

This location has truly been a labor of love, and I’m so excited to finally give everyone a look inside. I’ve worked hard to create a peaceful and welcoming space where you can relax, recover and take care of yourself. 💆‍♀️

We’ll be offering Swedish, deep-tissue, therapeutic and sports massage, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage and additional wellness services to help you feel your best.
