Starting the year off the right way by taking the challenge 💪🦈

The daily habits I’m committing to for the next 66 days are:
1. 20 min daily run 🏃‍♀️
2. Daily gratitude journal 📝
3. Daily prayers 🙏🏼

I decided to join this challenge to prove to myself that I have what it takes to be disciplined enough to reach any goal I set my mind to. I’m a big believer in there always being room for improvement.

I want to be someone my two sons can look up to and be proud of and also inspire other moms and women in general to do more things for themselves to stay happy and healthy. We love our best when we feel and look our best 🫶🏼 Let’s get out there and do this!
