The top is what we do NOT want to do in our plank to pike, speeding through the movement, not gaining awareness of our lower core muscles and arching the back at the bottom of the movement. This was almost painful to film, my body was not feeling great after doing the movement that way!

Bottom is how we DO want to perform our plank to pike. Lifting the hips up, body comes into a V, leading with the lower core muscles, spine and legs stay neutral.

Love me some plank to pike!
