11U Dulins Dodgers Eads Coaching philosophy:
1. Process over Outcome. Patience in communication and teaching. Accountability and Praise. Be honest with coaching and feedback.

Perspective matters: Winning is fun, losing isn’t but wins/losses at 10U makes no difference – the process of getting better daily does – and that will ultimately lead to a positive outcome.
2. If a child needs to be corrected, then it will be with patient communication, not with emotional outbursts.
3. Praise what deserves praise, hold accountable for what deserves accountability. Other than th

at stay neutral and consistent in approach.
4. Get great at the fundamentals – hitting, footwork in fielding, baserunning, pitching mechanics, and mental approach to name a few. Team Culture:
1. Team over individual. We is bigger than Me. You don’t play for the name on the front of the jersey or the name on the back of the jersey…you play for the teammate standing to your left and to your right.
2. The harder you practice, the harder you play. The harder you play, the more fun you have. Let’s have fun using this approach…Ownership + Engagement = fun
3. Mental engagement - always be paying attention, always be learning.
4. Mental toughness - baseball is a game of failure, ups and downs, it consists of long at-bats, long games, long season, and potentially a long career. One bad play, one bad game, or even one bad season doesn’t define you as a player or person.

Finished our Fall season last night bringing home another 1st place finish! These boys battled all weekend long! Here are some recaps of our Fall season:

- Finished with a record of 18-1–1
- Outscored opponents 204-39
- 3 tournaments, 3 first place finishes
- Significant growth from every single player - especially in hitting, baserunning, and operating with an elite mindset!

So proud of these boys and can’t wait to see what the spring holds! On to the offseason and winter sports!!

Rain shortened our weekend at the Perfect Game Winter Super Regional NIT so we didn’t get to complete bracket play. We finished Pool Play as the #1 seed scoring 23 runs and only giving up 2, earning the boys a 1st place finish! You cant control the weather, but it makes you thankful for when you are able to play this great game! Onto the last tournament of the fall this weekend and hoping for better weather!

Big finish to the Fall Frisco Double Header season! Boys went 12-0-1 in the league and capped it off with a big comeback win in the Championship game of the end of season tournament! This season we are learning what we call the “4 F’s” - to play Free, play Fast, have Fun, and do everything with Focus. Everyone plays a role and that’s how we roll! WE>ME

Rain shortened our awesome weekend at Rocker B! The team is learning about controllables and uncontrollables. The rain is definitely uncontrollable but what we could control was winning both pool play games and only giving up 2 runs which landed us the #2 seed and the silver medal. Friday night, they got to share their vision boards with their teammates to kick off the weekend. Proud of the boys and back to work this week! Happy Mothers Day to all the moms and appreciate all they do for us each day! WE>ME

Dulins Dodgers 10U AAA/Majors Tryouts for Fall Roster!

We will be forming a new team and hosting an open tryout on June 9th and June 12th from 6pm-8pm at Old Celina Park. The goal is to build a competitive team that will play at the AAA/Majors level. This team will practice out of the Dulins Dodgers Facility at Diamond Kings in McKinney, TX.
