High Country 3 Gun presented by Gunnison Sportsmen's Association and High Country Practical Shooters offers a safe and fun shooting experience for all!

This Sunday September 7th will be our next match.

Setup will start at 7:30, registration will be at 9:45 and the match will start at 10:00.

Bring at least 100 pistol and rifle and 50 bird shot for the match. Bring extra in case you miss or if Josh shows up and decides to build a shotgun stage.

New shooters are encouraged and welcomed to attend. Don't worry about your gear just bring what you have and we'll help you sort it out.

Set up help is greatly appreciated and will make for a better match. If you have a stage idea bring and let's build it.
$15 for GSA members and $20 for everyone else.

A few of our regulars have cancelled for the match tomorrow. I need to get an idea of how many people may be coming to see if we'll have enough for the match. If you are planning on attending please let me know so I can get an approximate head count.

If we don't have enough interest by 7:00pm tonight we may need to cancel the match.

We're going to bring our 3 Gun season to a close this Sunday in Gunnison.

Setup will start at 7:30, registration will begin at 9:45 and the match will start at 10. $15 for GSA members and $20 for everyone else.

Let's go with 100 rounds of pistol and rifle and 50 birdshot. Bring extra of everything in case you miss or a stage build gets carried away.

New shooters are encouraged and welcomed to attend. Don't worry about your gear just bring what you have and we'll help you sort it out.

The bridge is open from 6:30am to 7pm everyday. You'll want to add some extra time to the drive as there is a pilot that will take traffic across the bridge at a slow pace. Here's more info for those of you west of Gunni.

3 Gun match this Sunday in Gunnison!

In honor of Rocky Mountain 3 Gun in Raton the next weekend we are going to have a shotgun only stage on Sunday. So bring some slugs, 5 should do it. The rest will be birdshot. Bring all of your caddies with you on Sunday. I'll also have a chest rig that I'm happy to loan out. This will be a lot of shotgun so be ready.

Round count for Sunday will be 100 rifle and pistol and 75 Shotgun. Don't forget the 5 slugs. And bring more in case you miss. I will bring at least double.

Setup will start at 7:30, registration will be at 9:45 and the match will begin at 10:00. We've had great setup help the last few matches so thank you to all who've made it out early. If you can make it out early on Sunday I will be very grateful.

New shooters are always welcome. Just let us know this is your first match and we'll walk you through the procedures and expectations. Do not worry about your gear, bring what you have. Bring a rifle and pistol(you need a holster for your pistol) and at least a couple of mags for each. Bring the shotgun you have and we'll make it work. I have loaner caddies you can use to carry shotgun shells.

For anyone west of us, the bridge is now open from 6:30-8:30am and 4:30-6:30pm. CR26 is also open on timed releases. Carpool and make a day of it. You can find more info here:
