Community Yoga in the Park with Katy is finally here!!! Yay summer!! ☀️ Join Katy every Saturday 10:30-11:30am for a sliding scale donation-based yoga class that will benefit CBSOM! Drop in for as little as $5 or as much feels right for you. All proceeds will go to and to help folks with free therapy scholarships. These classes will take place at the park next to Health + Human Services! It’s right down the street from the studio, convenient and quiet! We can’t wait to practice with you in the sunshine! 🧘‍♀️☀️❤️☀️🧘‍♀️

She brings warmth, genuine kindness and is a ray of sunshine every time we get to see her and/or practice with her! She’s a very down to earth, sweet soul that definitely takes her practice off the mat and into her life. We’d like to honor all people who serve, military, first responders, police officers, EMTs and teachers with a permanent 10% discount code at Crux Pilates valid for all memberships and packages anytime. We’re celebrating this month with a tremendously motivated and levelheaded inspiration, Haley! Not only does Haley attend classes regularly and consistently, but she’s also graduating from her Masters program in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in rural community health this month! We congratulate you and are truly wowed by your determination! Did we mention she’s also a long distance runner, cool to core and someone we will miss terribly when she moves back to the front range soon…Thank you Haley for choosing to move with us and making Crux part of your routine for the last year and a half.
