Had some great performances yesterday on the first day of RMAC Championships. Women’s DMR placed fourth over all and men sixth!
Looking forward to today with the women’s mile going off at 11:30, men’s 800 at 1:20, and the men’s 3000 at 3:10.

It was an all around wonderful day for ! Not only were we honored in chapel this morning, but we were also honored at the Athletic's Banquet this evening! It is tradition for CCU teams to dress up for the banquet, so CCU Track and Field dresed up as Mario Kart. Because of our costume, we won the prestigious Golden Plunger Award. In addition, Brooke Genovese won performance of the year and Coach Poag faculty member of the year. It was truly a great night!
