We are committed to building a strong team culture for student athletes….our goal is to build their IQ and mental toughness while instilling the confidence and skill they need to be successful and competitive in the future!

Little bit about us:
🥎 Practices 2 per week - mainly Livingston Parish
🏃‍♀️ Strength, Speed, and Agility FALL program
📅 Competitive/Elite Fall and Spring schedule
🧳 Travels monthly (within reason)
💵 Reasonable Fees
🤩 FUN team bonding events
🚗 Distance not an issue
