Brad Palazzo made a name for himself as one of the top kickers to come out of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The former Gulfport High School standout went on to become a four-year starter at Tulane University, where he established himself as one of the premier kickers in college football.
In 1997, Palazzo earned All-American and All-Conference USA honors after an outstanding season that showcased his consistency and leg strength. During his collegiate career, he connected on 23 of 28 field goal attempts in his best season, an impressive 82% success rate.
He also played a key role on Tulane’s historic 1998 undefeated 12-0 squad, one of the greatest seasons in school history.
Following college, Palazzo earned an opportunity with the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent and later continued his professional football career in the XFL.
