Ceremony includes various healing modalities, each custom curated and designed for YOU, based on your intention and the transformation you’re stepping in to. The day includes herbal tea ceremony, cacao, sound bath, meditation, intention setting, cleansing, grounding, we share a meal together, hand poke tattoos, and soooo so much more. I only offer 2 ceremonies per month.

We also do a spiritual book club that meets every other Sunday and I host guided meditations and sound baths every other Sunday there! 🫶

Alex is literally a fairy and a pure light of healing energy! She has incredibly potent gifts that will guide into learning how to heal yourself, without giving away your own power to anyone or anything. She has a half day healing retreat coming up this Sunday, June 21st! Don’t sleep on this, she only hosts them every so often and spots are extremely limited!

Full moon sound bath journeys are so much more than just a sound bath.
I bring offerings, we sit in community, we set intention, we release what no longer serves us, we moon gaze, we cleanse in the ocean, we bathe in sounds and soooo much more. Every single one is different, the energy ebbs and flows with each new journey, and we leave feeling like we returned home to ourselves.
