We can pair amberjack fishing with red snapper, triggerfish, and vermilion snapper, making this a great time to book a longer trip and bring home a nice variety of fish. If you’re wanting to target all of these species, we recommend an 8- or 10-hour trip.

Today was the day for cobia, and these fish were pretty thick! Hopefully, they’ll stick around for a while. Lately, it seems like every day has brought us a different fun bonus species after catching our snapper—and we’re loving it! 🎣🙌🏼

🎣 Rigs & Reds Fall Fishing Trip 🎣

Y’all go check out the newest trip we’re offering! We’re excited to add this option to everything we have available for the fall season.

This trip is available during the fall only! We’ll stay in Alabama state waters and fish around the rigs within a couple of miles of shore for red snapper. During the fall, these fish tend to move closer in, allowing us to enjoy some great snapper fishing without traveling as far offshore.

These trips typically produce plenty of great eating-size snapper. If you’re looking for larger snapper, we recommend our four-hour State Water Snapper Trip, where we travel farther out, or a bottom-fishing trip aboard the Miss Jaqlin.

The Rigs & Reds trip is a great option for families, first-time anglers, or anyone who may be a little nervous about traveling too far offshore. We think this is going to be a great addition to our fall fishing options!
