🚨 DON’T WAIT UNTIL NEXT SUMMER. 🚨

If your child doesn’t have solid water skills yet, August is your LAST chance to get them skilled before next spring. 🌊🛟

And yes—ISR is for more than babies! Lessons are available for children 6 MONTHS–6 YEARS OLD, with skills tailored to where your child is right now. 💙

Worried ISR will be scary? It doesn’t have to be. ❤️ We take the time to build trust, confidence, and skills while meeting your child where they are.

☀️ Summer is almost over.
📚 Fall is right around the corner.
🌊 And once August lessons are finished, there won’t be another opportunity to build these skills until spring.

Don’t let another season pass without giving your child the skills they need around water.

🔥 AUGUST ENROLLMENT IS OPEN — AND SPOTS ARE LIMITED! 🔥

If you’ve been saying “we’ll do swim lessons later,” this is later.

📲 Message me TODAY to get your child enrolled!

Water safety is most effective when it is built in layers, and self-rescue skills are an important part of that foundation ISR lessons help children learn how to respond if they unexpectedly find themselves in the water, giving families an additional layer of protection and peace of mind.
Our goal is to create preparedness, confidence, and safer experiences around the water. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn these lifesaving skills!
Message me and send me you email address so you can find out more about my upcoming session! It starts August 17th and it will be your last chance to get your child skilled in 2026!

✨ It’s been a minute since I’ve updated my bio… and with so many new faces here (welcome! 👋), I thought it was time to reintroduce myself.

Hi! I’m Cassie Pulliam, and I’ve been a certified ISR instructor for almost 3 years.

I first learned about ISR long before I became a mom while babysitting for a family whose children had completed the program. After seeing what those kids—and later my nephew—were capable of in the water, I knew ISR was exactly what I wanted for my own future children.

When Austin was old enough, we made the hour-long drive to Fairhope every single day for lessons. At the time, I was a teacher and off for the summer, so we were fortunate to be able to make it work.

Later, when I stepped away from teaching to be more present with my family while still wanting to contribute financially, I felt called to teach in a different way. That calling led me to bring ISR to South Baldwin County, and saying “yes” has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. It has truly been an honor to help so many families gain lifesaving water safety skills.

My favorite part of teaching ISR is watching children grow in confidence and ability in such a short amount of time. It’s incredible what kids can accomplish in just 10 minutes a day over the course of a few weeks. And nothing makes my day more than hearing from parents that their child used the skills they learned to find their float in a real-life situation. Those moments remind me exactly why I do what I do. ❤️

When I’m not in the pool, you’ll usually find me with my favorite boys—my husband, Reggie, our oldest, Austin (6), our newest little guy, Louie (5 months), and our cat, George. 🩵

We love being involved in our community through our church, the Junior Women’s Club, PTO at GSES, and by supporting local small businesses. When I have a little downtime, you’ll find me enjoying a movie night, listening to an audiobook, spending time with family and friends, or playing mahjong.

I’m so glad you’re here! 💙 I’d love to know—how did you find my page? Let me know in the comments!

📧 And one last reminder: Fall registration emails go out TONIGHT! If you haven’t joined the email list yet, send me your email so you don’t miss out!

🚨 Attention Mamas (and Dads too!) 🚨
We might be in the middle of summer already, but — is your little one ready for the water?

I’m will be opening enrollment for my August ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) session this week! 🎉

ISR is so much more than swim lessons. It’s about teaching infants and young children real-life survival skills in the water. Through consistent, one-on-one lessons tailored to your child, we focus on:

💧 Breath control
💧 Rolling to a safe float
💧 Swimming to safety
💧 Building confidence in the water

Whether you have a baby, toddler, or preschooler, these lessons are designed to teach them what to do if they ever find themselves in the water alone. It’s not just a skill — it’s a layer of protection.

I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing families and watching little ones go from nervous to strong, capable, and confident in the water 💪🌊

If you're thinking:

“My child is too young.”
“We don’t have a pool.”
“I’ll wait until they’re older.”

I get it — but drowning is the #1 cause of accidental death for kids ages 1-4 — and most incidents happen during non-swim times. ISR can give your child the skills they need to survive — and give YOU the peace of mind you deserve 💙

🌟 Spots are limited and fill fast! 🌟
Message me your email so you can get on the list to grab your spot!

Let’s make every day a safe day— and give our kids the tools to enjoy the water with confidence!

This little dude was wearing the perfect swimsuit for this post- covered in the American 🇺🇸.

Be safe this holiday both in and around the water!

⭐️ Always stay within arms reach of your child when in the water and always be IN the water with your child

⭐️ Assign a “Water Watcher” in 15 minute increments if you are around the water regardless if swimming time is planned- they must stay off their phone during their “shift”

⭐️ Hire a lifeguard if you plan to have a party where a pool or other water is present

⭐️ Place tables, chairs, or any other furnishings a few feet away from your pool child safety fence. Curious children can climb onto these items and find their way over the fence

⭐️ Check the integrity of pool fence latches and door locks leading to the water- especially if traveling and staying in a rental

⭐️ Remove pool floats and toys from the pool when finished swimming to not entice a little one into the water

⭐️ Dress your child in a brightly colored swimsuit if around the water

⭐️ Drink lots of water and reapply sunscreen often

⭐️ Use only US Coast Guard approved life jackets when on open water

Have a SAFE holiday!

Living in paradise has its downfalls and that’s the unpredictability of the weather. I’ve seen a pop up storm and my weather app have sunny skies over the next hours, but I’ve also seen the reverse. If I canceled lessons every time there was thunder in the forecast, I’d cancel weekly in the summer. If I can, I try to not cancel more than 30 minutes out. Praying that the storms stay away so we can swim this morning!
