there with you every "paddle" of the way teaching you everything from the basics of paddling, beginner SUP yoga poses to advanced techniques of both and we will have you looking like a pro in no time! We offer stand up paddle boarding (SUP) lessons, tours, and rentals as well as SUP Yoga at all our locations. We also offer kayak tours and rentals where you can explore local waterways while searching for wildlife and making memories with your loved ones

Absolutely spectacular rainy day session in today! We were blessed with this light rain mid class and it was just so so good! We even took some time after class to try some poses! Thank you to today’s paddle posse for their amazing energy, good vibes, inspiring moves, and magical moments shared! 💕💕💕💕
