Just want to give our members and visitors a big thank you for being patient with us as we renovate. The front half of the gym will be taped off for a few hours as we paint the ceiling. If you need access please call 251-943-3300 and we will let you in.

Our new posing/dressing room is slowly coming together. A few more improvements and it will be done for good!

Dear members, starting May 23rd 2026 the gym is going to under go renovations. This will cause limited access to some equipment for a small period of time. We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause, but are excited to see the new updates once finished!
