Our fatality rate on the shrimp has vastly improved. Let's keep our fingers crossed that it continues. Let's hope our supplier keeps them coming. They've been doing pretty good. We'll have mullet for Saturday's tournament.
Also we're assured of having mudminnows Saturday morning.
We'll see you Saturday.

The menu provided by the club for Saturday's event is boneless skinless chicken, smoked corned beef brisket, ribs, swampless cabbage, cole slaw and rolls. Feel free to bring a covered dish or dessert. Chocolate and strawberry milk, iced tea and lemonade will be available.
Followed with entertainment by Vegas McGraw.

This is a goal/plan that seems likely to happen. Finish filling with shrimp tank with water today and get a order of shrimp tomorrow and Saturday. Also we have mudminnows ordered. We are picking up mullet sometime tomorrow as well. Lets hope it all comes together.

Well, we're only about 10 days away from our Sat Sept 12 Fishing Tournament. Followed by the presentation to the winners at 4pm.
Followed by the BBQ followed by Vegas McGraw Show. He is the best Tim McGraw Tribute artist.
This is a full day dedicated to our members, their families and friends.

We've made many improvements that we hope you enjoy. Our next big thing is the completion of the redesigned and relocated shrimp system . We hope to have it running Wednesday with shrimp on hand Thurs or Fri. We think it'll take 3 weeks to get the bacteria right which should mean lower fatality. We've been struggling. Thanks for the positive comments from some of you that've been by the last couple of days. We're trying hard to improve. We apologize for our sketchy availability. We think we're almost there.
A big thank you to Robert "Rabbit" Kinnard, Doug, Gail and Pat on the effort to make things better as well as look better.
