For as long as I can remember I have been a fitness enthusiast of all kinds. I’ve played sports, participated in numerous group fitness classes and been a licensed Jazzercise Instructor. But, what I’m really passionate about is DANCE!! So, when I discovered Zumba Fitness in late 2010, I couldn’t believe my good fortune. Finally, a fitness program that had it all: incredible music with rhythms from
all over the world set to high-energy Latin and international beats, intense calorie burning, fat burning and toning components and last, but certainly not least, an amazing deep-rooted sense of community and camaraderie among all of the students and the instructors. In no time at all, I, too, had become a Zumba fanatic and got certified to teach in April 2011. Zumba makes me relax, forget all my worries and just lose myself in the music! It has transformed my body, strengthened my heart and sharpened my mind. I’m so grateful to have discovered this wonderful program and incredibly blessed to have made such enduring and positive new friendships. I’m thrilled to be able to share my love of Zumba with you!
