7:00am-8:00am
Hunter Pool, 200 E. Blount St, Pcola.
Open to MS and HS students.

Cost is $40/ week or $15/daily drop in. Checks made to “GBHS Swim & Dive Team” or on My School Bucks!

We are going to miss having you on deck next season, but we are incredibly proud of all your academic and athletic achievements. 🛟 Calling all aspiring lifeguards between the ages of 13 and 15: apply now for the 2026 Junior Lifeguards Program! This exciting two-week program on Casino Beach will teach you about water rescues and medical care, along with the chance to shadow our Pensacola Beach Lifeguards.

🏖️ Tryouts for the program will take place Saturday, June 6, at 7:30 a.m. at Quietwater Beach and will consist of an approximately 400-yard open water swim in waist-deep water, followed by a one-mile run on the sand.

ℹ️ The program cost is $200 per person. Applicants accepted into the program must pay on the day of the tryout with a check or money order. Applicants with the fastest tryout times will have first choice for their preferred session:

- Session one: Monday, June 15 to Friday, June 26
- Session two: Tuesday, July 21 to Saturday, Aug. 1

Gulf Breeze High School will attend the Andrews Institute Pre-Participation Physical Exams on:
🗓 Saturday, June 6, 2026
⏰ 7:00 AM (Last Names A–K)
⏰ 7:30 AM (Last Names L–Z)
📍 Arrival times will be strictly enforced — please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

✅ What You Need to Know:
• The ONLY accepted form is the FHSAA EL2 Physical Form (Revised 2/26 or later)
• Parent/Guardian signatures are REQUIRED on pages 2 & 4 (no signatures = no exam)
• Pages 1 & 2 must be fully completed before arrival
• Student info must be filled out at the top of pages 3 & 4
• Athletes should wear athletic attire and bring any prescription eyewear

📄 After the exam, forms will be returned to each athlete — families are responsible for submitting paperwork to the school before participation. Andrews Institute will not collect forms.
