What a day at the Well Trained Tour of Florida Freestyle & Greco Tournament at Gulf Breeze High School. A true community effort pushing wrestling forward in the Panhandle!

Big thank you to Team Florida Wrestling and David Mason for their belief in this region. Their willingness to stand behind hosts and quietly support events in meaningful ways while asking for nothing in return. Reflects a real commitment to growing the sport across Florida.

We utilized USA Wrestling Bracketing & Registration. It was smooth, efficient, and athlete focused.

Shoutout to Bobby for running a great tournament, and to our WT crew who officiated, worked tables, and volunteered.

Freestyle & Greco are game changers. From 1st grade to high school seniors, wrestlers stepped on the mat and leveled up!

Well Trained Wrestling and Fitness hosted a high school junior varsity tournament and an IOF (I Own Florida) youth tournament today at GBHS.
First place finishers included:
