A Higher Standard of Physical Education

Enrollment is now open for Well Trained Physical Education, a structured, standards-based P.E. program for homeschool students in elementary and middle school.

📅 Starts Monday, August 10
🗓️ Mondays & Thursdays
⏰ 9:30–10:30 AM

Our program develops physical literacy, strength, coordination, agility, endurance, teamwork, and lifelong healthy habits through professional in-person instruction.

🇺🇸 DOUBLE ALL-AMERICANS! 🇺🇸

Congratulations to our three Well Trained wrestlers on earning Double All-American honors at the USA Wrestling Greco & Freestyle National Championships!

Freestyle results:

🥉 Reece Fish battled back after a first-round loss, winning 7 straight matches to finish 3rd, including avenging his opening-round defeat on his way to the bronze medal.

💪 The Coleman twins continued their dominance on the national stage:
🔥 Daemeon Coleman – 6th Place
🔥 Jayden Coleman – 7th Place

We're proud of every WT wrestler who stepped on the mat and represented Well Trained and Team Florida Wrestling.

Congratulations to Well Trained wrestler and Team Florida representative Daemeon Coleman (88 lbs) on earning All-Tournament Team honors at the 14U National Duals!

Daemeon delivered a dominant performance, finishing with a perfect 15-0 record while going undefeated in both Freestyle and Greco-Roman competition.

An outstanding accomplishment on the national stage! We are proud of the way you represented Team Florida and Well Trained. 🇺🇸🏆🤼‍♂️🔥
