As the regular SurfFit season comes to a close on September 1st, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported SurfFit this season! I truly appreciate everyone who has come out, trained, paddled, and put in the work. 🤙

But we’re not done yet…

Tethered Surfboard Paddling Sessions

📅 October 1st – December 1st
📆 Tuesdays & Thursdays only

⏰ Sessions available:
6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

⏱️ 30-minute sessions
👥 Maximum 2 people per session

💙 COLD WATER SPECIAL — $20 PER SESSION! 💙

Each session will be built around interval-based paddling with intensity tailored to your individual fitness level and goals.

It’s a great way to keep your arms conditioned for surfing, improve paddling endurance, strengthen your core, and stay active through the colder months.

All fitness levels are welcome — the goal is to challenge yourself at your own pace and leave feeling stronger than when you started!

🥶 SurfFit does not provide wetsuits. Participants are responsible for bringing their own wetsuit/cold-water gear.

Today starts Land Paddle Rentals-Surf FIT! If you want to give it a try DM or text Tiffany at 850-207-9844 to book your rental. The rental services Gulf Breeze & Pensacola Beach Only. Free delivery provided. Safety gear is not provided. Upon delivery a waiver will be signed and the rental begins for 24 hours. The skateboard is equipped with large Donk tires for smooth riding and lights are attached to the front and back of the deck to make night rides enjoyable especially in the heat of the Summer.
