LevlUp Shake Out Workout

This shake out workout is designed to help you see how prepared you are for the upcoming 2026/27 race season and how well you can work fatigued and your ability to recover while still working for time.

There will be a brief coach lead warm-up, workout instructions before a prompt start. Each athlete is responsible for keeping track of the workstations they have done.

Modifications to movements and distances can be made with the coach that morning based on experience and expected time to finish to accommodate new athletes.

Saturday June 13th Workout

There are 8 - 400 m outside runs and eight workstations to complete. You can complete the workstations in any order or as they become available. You must complete a 400 m run between each workstation.

The workstations are as follows:
Ski ERG 500 m
Sled push 25 m
Sled pull 25 m
Burpee broad jumps 50 m
Row ERG 500 m
Farmers carry 100 m
Sandbag lunge 50 m
Wall balls 100 reps (sorry no break there)

The timecap for this workout is 45 minutes with cooldown and recovery time following the workout.

As written, this workout may not be finished in the allocated time. It will be repeated during the preparation for HYROX Boston 26 to use as a benchmark for progress.

Rain couldn’t stop our community on Monday!🌧️🇺🇸

Watching everyone show up on a cold, rainy Monday for Murph and give it absolutely everything they had was incredibly powerful. Every mile, every rep, every step forward was a reminder of what this workout represents. Resilience, sacrifice, grit, and honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives serving our country.

No excuses. No backing down. Just people showing up for each other and pushing through together. We are proud of every single person who took on this challenge and crushed it on Monday.

This community continues to prove what it means to be strong! physically and mentally. ❤️

Pushing into warmer weather the same way we push the sleds, with everything we’ve got! ☀️💪🏻
