Lots of change coming to go with the name change. There will still be sailing, but also freediving, spearfishing, power boat expeditions, and boat work. We are also expanding to include operations on the East Coast starting next year. Things are still developing, so I will be saying more as it all comes together.

Too much on my mind today to work, so I went out for a hike to try and clear my head. Lots of change happening, and lots of work to be done, but starting to feel like I'm back on the right path.

It's too damn hot today. Especially since my work for today heavily involves epoxy. I'm going to play hooky and go for a hike on the coast!

Training update: I am not so good at running in the heat. I got delayed getting out for my run today, and it was hitting 90° by the time I walked out the door. I set new PBs for 1k, and 1mile in that first mile, but walked a good chunk of the rest of the 5k total run. I just couldn't get/keep my heart rate down. It took me about 20 minutes to stop dripping sweat after I got home.
