I ended up getting my first match win and winning the overall series championship in ELR southeast. I dropped 8 outta 50 with an 84% hit ratio. My best performance to date and it came at a time it really counted! Sara with a respectable 20th place finish in the match,with a field of 40 good shooters, and 17th place finish in the series.

Late,but updating the page abit. Sara and I had a good run this past ELR season. I finished 4th in the nation and her in 54th in her first season. She ran my hand me down 338LM ,with at or over 2k rounds down the tube, like she stole it. She’s re- barreling to 33xc by next season so keep an eye on her! I know I’ll have to 🤣

We have upgraded our range! We have added 18 steel pistol/AR targets. A 600 yard KYL rack,for .30 cal and under (no long action magnums) and a s***t range with a possible after dark s***t shoot. (Still gotta test our black lights) we also still have our long range targets. Depending on interest we are looking at running some matches with cash payout. Also would offer range days for a group just to shoot. Adam Lane (top 5 in the country ELR competitor) is also offering 1 on 1 instruction for introduction to long range shooting out to 1100yards.This all depends on interest whether we spend any more money on the range and move forward. The range is still a private range and one of the land owners will have to be there during any event. (Don’t ask if you can just go shoot because the answer is no)it’s not open to the public. You can contact this page to let us know if you’re interested in one or all of the events. We will set prices based on interest, of course more ppl makes it cheaper for everyone. Camp Atterbury,IN spring match. I think we had every environmental condition except heat/mirage. We had rain,fog,sleet/snow,cold,wind,wind,and more wind. It was challenging to say the least. Sara finished up in 13th and I pulled out a 6th and was 1 of only 3 shooters to impact the 2030 yard target. With 3.5mils dialed and holding another.2,I was able to tag it with my last shot. The mile target gave me fits as the fog settled in just as I transitioned from the previous target. Sara could see no splash in the fog through her spotter and I was shooting blind,wiffed all 5 shots. An impact or 2 there woulda pushed me in the top 5 for certain. Overall a great match. Next up we travel to PA to Ben Franklin shooting range to try it again.
