Immediate Attention Needed:
After a recent (Tuesday) site walk visit from the insurance company, we are addressing a couple of issues. Make sure to read to the end.
Anyone found on the track without first signing a waiver will be subject to a $1,000 fine.
If you are coming to the track for practice, you must wait to sign in before entering the track. When you provide an estimated arrival time, please understand that we will arrive as close to that timeframe as possible. For example, if you tell us you will be there between 5:00–5:30 PM, we may not arrive until 5:30 PM. You must wait until a staff member is present and you have signed in before accessing the track.
We are not always on-site waiting at the track throughout the day, so your cooperation is required.
If these rules continue to be ignored, we will be forced to keep the gate locked and move to designated practice sessions with specific scheduled time slots only.
Our already in place fire extinguisher rule states: a fire extinguisher must be mounted on the back of every trailer or readily accessible in your pit area. This rule will be heavily enforced starting this weekend. A race team will get one warning and then it is $50, $100, $150 etc fine thereafter.
This goes into effect immediately.
