Operations & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Groveton, NH area
Schedule: Approximately 20-25 hours per month (flexible)
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support several locally owned businesses. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping businesses operate smoothly.
The successful candidate will oversee many of the day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities across multiple businesses, allowing the owners to focus on running and growing the businesses.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include a variety of operational, customer service, and bookkeeping tasks, including:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, members, and tenants.
• Respond to questions and resolve routine issues professionally and independently.
• Monitor facilities, maintain supplies, and coordinate routine operational needs.
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with monthly bookkeeping.
• Enter and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Monitor bank activity and prepare information for owner review and approval.
• Coordinate routine maintenance requests and communicate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain organized records and ensure recurring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Friendly and respectful while confidently enforcing policies.
• Comfortable learning business software, including QuickBooks Online.
• Familiar with basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping.
• Able to communicate professionally with people from a variety of backgrounds and situations.
