You’ll get on the spin bike for 30 min and build your endurance with an amazing ride outdoors by Michelle
Then you will be led by Jennifer on the park field for a strength and conditioning workout

You get a killer workout with the best all around full body blast!

Join us in this incredible, fun and energetic fusion of spin, strength and conditioning! You will go for a 30 min. ride on the spin bike to build your endurance and then work with resistane bands, weights and body weight to work the muscles. You get the best of both worlds in 1 amazing outdoor class...
