I just posted a new 45-minute hatha yoga practice on my Patreon, focused entirely on the feet.
In this slow-moving, mindful practice, you'll spend the first 13 minutes bringing awareness to the feet through mountain pose, lunges, and standing forward bend. The next section offers table, cat/cow, down dog, and plank, keeping your attention on foot transitions, with a few little breaks for foot massage. From there, you'll return to standing for some foot-focused balance poses, and conclude with a few hip openers and supine poses.
