A fun workshop for anyone who wants to build and decorate their own set of grips!

Join us Sunday August 4th at 2pm for our Handstand Grips Workshop! These are used for hand balancing and acrobats. Our instructors will teach you to sand, stain, and paint your own wooden decor. Photos shown are just examples, you will choose your own stain and paint colors in the studio on the day....

Congratulations 🎈🎊🎉 to our 20 amazing acro athletes who will be headed to AAU National Championships. We are proud of your performances and team spirit displayed by our combined DG/IC athletes.

Also congratulations to AAU Acrobatics Gymnastics program for growing leaps and bounds this year. Seeing all of these teams with over 70 athletes at the Florida State Championships was a great experience. Thank you to all of you who made this all possible in a fun environment putting these athletes first.
