Here is the Information that was passed out at the swim meting today. Practice starts tomorrow 3:15-5, Monday - Friday at NTC. Please make sure to park in the back and enter the pool from the back gate. More information will be available from the coach. Go Eagles!

Sports Physicals Wednesday night at the South Lake High School gym. Only $10 dollars!! You must bring cash. This event takes place from 4pm-6pm.

This event is so helpful! By getting the physical done here at school, you skip the paperwork process. We will already have it. Don't worry about getting cleared before the deadline when the season starts! Get it done now! You have to get a physical to get in the pool!!
