“Where there is a will, there’s a way.”

Ella is the definition of perseverance. No matter what injury, limitation, or setback comes her way, she continues to show up, put in the work, and stay committed to her fitness journey. She embraces modifications when needed, focuses on what she can do, and never lets obstacles keep her from moving forward.

Ella reminds us that progress isn’t about perfect circumstances. It’s about showing up faithfully, adapting when necessary, and giving your best each day.

🎥 5.30 Workout Drop: Coach Lauren Edition 🔥🤝
Coach Lauren is back with another long partner workout, but this time both athletes are working at the same time. One partner handles the engine while the other attacks the chipper, then once both athletes finish their portion, you switch roles. Seven rounds each. Plenty of work. Plenty of opportunities to get uncomfortable.

🔥 This Saturday’s Beatdown: 5.30
7 Rounds For Time – 40 Minute Cap
Partner A
• 200m Run
Partner B
• 6 Burpees
• 9 Double DB Power Cleans (50/35)
• 12 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
• 15 Medball Sit-Ups (20/14)

👉 Partners switch after both athletes complete their assigned work.
This one is all about pacing and communication. The runs will steadily chip away at your lungs while the DB work and burpees challenge your ability to stay composed under fatigue. Stay smooth on the transitions, keep the rounds consistent, and trust your partner to hold the pace. One partner runs. One partner grinds. Then you switch and do it all over again.

Coach Hunter is back this Saturday with a 30-minute grind designed to keep your heart rate high while testing your ability to move well under fatigue. This one blends conditioning, strength, and skill work into three challenging pieces that build on each other from start to finish. Let’s get to work.

• 25/21 Cal Row
• 12 DB Bench Press (50/35)
Rest 1:00
4 Rounds For Time
• 10 Front Squats (115/85)
• 2 Rope Climbs
Rest 1:00
3 Rounds For Time
• 400m Run
• 6 Power Snatches (115/85)

👉 The row and run will keep the engine working while the strength and skill movements challenge your ability to stay composed under fatigue. Stay smooth on the rope climbs, stay disciplined on the barbell, and use the built-in rest wisely so you can attack each section with intent. High heart rate. Heavy breathing. Technical ex*****on. Time to go to work.

Big congratulations to our seniors, Linkin DiCola and Mia Hernandez, on graduating high school today! 🎓

What a huge milestone! We couldn’t be more proud of the hard work, discipline, and character you’ve shown both inside and outside the gym.

Upon graduation, Linkin will be moving to North Carolina to study computer science; and Mia, will be going to the University of South Florida. We’re praying God’s blessing over this next chapter and know He has incredible plans ahead for both of you.
