I try to not let people know when i'm fasting but I don't ever lie. So let me tell you first it says to do it in secret, but you have to live your life. If people don't ask, I don't tell them, but it they do I tell them why. It's always to seek the face of the father.
Sunday night and monday sucked, I have no desire to rehash it, because it truly started last week. The father always gives you peace in the face of adversity, again I say this in humility, I'm not the same man anymore. He will fight your battles and you always win.
Well on day 3 this week a miracle happened and two other amazing things. Let me tell you this the enemy hates when you fast and when you are doing the father's work.
Those who know us , know we lost everything in 2019 , including all of Lisa's retirement and our credit went from 815 to 430. We decided to not file for bankruptcy but to consolidate our debt.
We were bamboozled and trust us we learned a lot. But we still trusted the father to work things out in our favor, especially since we didn't file bankruptcy and because we constantly fasted and always tithed.
So this is totally all the father's doing, It's something you can't explain only he does things like this. So if your not fasting start doing it regularly. Signs, wonders and miracles.
$1700 a month of a debt consolidation payment on top of all your other bills over 5 years. I still can't believe we were able to do this and we couldn't but he could. So starting this year we were on the last year of the payments and they came to us last week to tell us they took 4+ years to negotiate the last two cards and we would have to continue with 2 more years of payments.
I asked the Lord for wisdom and discernment on what to do and he told me to call them and tell them what was on our heart. Being a full time missionary that payment has been a struggle.
So I said i'm going to fast and pray and trust God to work it all out. I remember a couple years ago a prophetic friend of mine told me debt cancelation was coming.
I found out it doesn't take that long to negotiate cards and I told them that. So they said it didn't matter there was still debt.
Don't forget I told you I trust God, he has never ever failed me. I have learned some tough lessons and struggled thru some major warfare.
This week I received an email saying there was only a small payment left to cover all of the debt. I was like this is too good to be true. So on wednesday I called them on a recorded line and I was told our debt was cancelled and all payments going forward we also cancelled. So we payed the small payment and not that debt is cancelled and Lisa and I rejoiced in tears. (That's a miracle or great proportion)
I also was asked to do the baccaularete service for one of the high schools I have been ministering in. ( That is a sign of his goodness)
Then I received donations to send kids to camp from some amazing humans. I was also asked to do the prayer at the Gala of one of my schools and Tim Tebow is the guest speaker. ( The is a sign of his wonder)
Oh and one of the great young men I get to mentor called this week just to see if I was okay. This is what happens when you surrender to his plans. Look at the schools that came to visit recently.
