Congratulations to the March 2026 Movement Maker of the month!

The first picture is from Step It Up!, which describes what Lu has done this past year, REALLY stepped up her game! She is averaging 15 classes per month and doing ALL the hard things, consistently. She has even stepped out of her back row comfort zone several times. And look at that uppercut!

Congratulations to the February 2026 Movement Maker of the month!

It was hard to find a picture of Megan not smiling. Her warm energy doesn’t match her workout intensity. Megan kills every format. She’s a huge ambassador, motivator and inspiration. She’s instilling movement in her daughters. Megan is the definition of a role model.

Congratulations to the January 2026 Movement Maker of the month!

January was cold and snowy! It kept most people in their houses. Not Suzan. Suzan still showed up 20 times for a total of 26 classes! Suzan has an unwavering love for movement and how exercise makes her feel. Suzan’s no excuse attitude is what keeps her so consistent.

Congratulations to the December 2025 Movement Maker of the month!

Michelle has been going strong at TFM for over 3 years now! She gives 110% in every class and this motivates everyone around her. Michelle primarily takes Bootcamp, Pound and Step, but you may also see her in Bodypump, Bodycombat or Pilates.

Congratulations to the November 2025 Movement Maker of the month!

Molly came to TFM in Sept ‘24 as a drop-in. She did not want to commit because she did NOT like to work out. By January, she was taking ALL of the formats and has since taken over 140 classes! Molly has found her love for movement. Strong and healthy looks so good on her!

You may know her as Nina, Angel or Barb’s mom, but no matter what you call her, you cannot call her a slacker! Angelina attends Bodypump, Bodybalance, Step, Bootcamp, Pilates and Pound. She works hard and her results are incredible!

Gina is the definition of dedication. She hates missing her workouts, even if it’s for a medical procedure. She jumps back in as soon as she’s cleared. She brings so much fun to the 5:30 am group and supports of everyone around her!
