Sports have always been a part of my life. Whether it was playing soccer at 5 years old or playing flag football at 30, I always had love for athletics. At the age of 10 I was able to play in the Pop Warner Super Bowl and later in my college years played Basketball for Norwalk Community College. Even today, at the age of 33 I still play in numerous adult leagues, for flag-football, softball, and basketball. I always had a drive for any and all sports. With any sport you have to be in top condition so naturally I would hit the gym in the offseason trying to get better and stay in good shape. As I got older it has been less sports, so I decided to make fitness my sport. The sport now is life and health and now as a proud father I want to be in the best shape of my life not only for myself but also for my son. I enjoy being active and have a great joy in helping others reach their goal. A few years ago I decided to leave my Marketing job behind a computer all day to become a fitness professional dealing with real people and real life issues. Best move I ever made in my career and I now help people change their lives for the better too. For Athletics
