The Side/Upper Back Stretch works the triceps, latissimus dorsi, and obliques.

Stand up with your feet set slightly wider than your shoulders. Raise your left arm up and over your head. Now, reach down with your right arm and bend your upper body to the right. Stretch to the point of tension and hold. Hold each stretch for at least 15 seconds. Breathe deeply. Avoid bouncing or excessive pulling. Repeat on the opposite side.
