🩰 YEARS OF DANCE: 14, 8 competitively

👑 THANK YOU TO GIAD MEMBERS: Thank you to all of my teachers who have watched me grow up and shaped me into who I am today. I never would be here if it weren’t for these amazing mentors.

📸 FAVORITE MEMORY AT GIAD: nationals in sandusky with my whole team, playing spoons, going to sheetz, going to cedar point (etc.)

💔WHAT WILL YOU MISS MOST ABOUT GIAD: All my teammates and teachers who have grown into a second family

👶🏻ADVICE FOR YOUNGER DANCERS: it goes by so much faster than you think it will. Make sure to cherish every memory with your team

🎓 FUTURE PLANS: Grand Valley State University, majoring in statistics

💌 THANK YOU, MESSAGE: Thank you to everyone who has supported me through my journey, especially my parents, for being present at every competition and recital and supporting me no matter what. A big thank you to my second family consisting of my teammates and teachers. I would have never gotten through this without all the laughs, hugs, and tears that we have shared. Not everyone understands the amount of passion, sacrifice, and commitment it takes to balance two full-time sports, but you have done it with strength, grace, and a positive attitude. 🩰 YEARS OF DANCE: 16 years, 9 competitively dancing

👑 THANK YOU TO GIAD MEMBERS: You guys are the ones I do it for. Thank you for being the reason I keep pushing everyday and making me feel so loved. You guys truly are the best. 

📸 FAVORITE MEMORY AT GIAD: When I went to go do a split in the mirror and saw my sickled foot and screamed out loud. Nobody knew what happened but it was just a sickled foot. Funniest moment ever.

💔WHAT WILL YOU MISS MOST ABOUT GIAD: I will miss not being able to compete anymore with my dance family and staying up late at hotels with early morning dances. 

👶🏻ADVICE FOR YOUNGER DANCERS Push yourself even when it feels hard, you are capable of so much more than you think so don’t take it for granted and enjoy it all. It really does go by so fast.

🎓 FUTURE PLANS: University of Michigan, Major: psychology and biology, Pre-med Track

First up - KYLEE BOUCHER

🩰 YEARS OF DANCE: 15 years, 8 competive

👑 THANK YOU TO GIAD MEMBERS: Thank you to all my teachers that have become mentors and all my friends that have become my family, I’ll hold onto these memories forever

📸 FAVORITE MEMORY AT GIAD: coming off stage from senior trio at my last dance comp to all my friends and teachers crying and hugging me

💔WHAT WILL YOU MISS MOST ABOUT GIAD: all of my younger friends and my teachers' advice

👶🏻ADVICE FOR YOUNGER DANCERS: go on stage and perform for you, not anyone else, because you love to dance

Tonight we had the opportunity to celebrate our Competition Team's incredible season! ❤️🖤✨

We are so proud of everything these dancers accomplished this year and were honored to recognize the dedication, determination, and hard work they put in throughout the season.

We also took time to celebrate our amazing seniors and all they have contributed to our dance family over the years. We can't wait to see all the amazing things their futures hold!
