The City of Grimes will be closing SE Gateway Drive beginning Monday, August 24, and the property management concrete contractor will begin repairs to the shared drive at that time.
While SE Gateway Drive is closed and the concrete work is underway, please use the SE 3rd Street entrances to access the studio.

At this time, we have not been given an estimated completion date for the repairs. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this work is being completed.
