⚾️ The weather looks like it will hold out today! If you’re looking for something to do for a little bit, come out and play with us ❤️
⚾️❤️ We know as a community, many people are still without many of our usual comforts, we sincerely hope everyone is doing ok!! ❤️⚾️
⚾️ That said, let’s do something fun! We wanted to throw together something a little bit fun to break the monotony of the dark spaces, sounds of the generators, and the restless kids. If you are interested in getting out of the house for a little bit… come join us!
⚾️ These games are for ANYBODY who’s reading this. We want everyone to join if they are interested!! We ask that you please wear tennis shoes, not cleats to preserve the field. It IS wet!! Please come in play clothes!! Parents are encouraged to join in the fun!!
⚾️ We will have two bats and a few blitz balls. If you have a plastic bat and want to bring it, you’re more than welcome to!! You can bring a mitt if you’d like, but these balls don’t go hard, so it’s unnecessary.
⚾️ Games will be mixed, whoever shows will play. Think TBall and Rookie age for the first game (off of a T to make it easy), Majors and Babe Ruth age for the older game. Minors age (9/10) fill in where ever your most comfortable. Siblings can of course play with siblings, just show up to either game!!
⚾️ Parents must bring their player(s) to sign off on a liability waver. We’ll play rain or shine, lightning permitting.
