Great video that describes the pool markings for families and swimmers new to competitive swimming. Can’t wait to see these in our new Griffith Pool! Almost there!

Seriously, it’s only 2000 yds…barely more than the warmup. It’ll be fun!

Great message for the upcoming summer. Phones down, eyes up! Be safe!

Checking your phone may seem like a quick task, but it can quickly become a distraction—and distractions around the water can have major consequences. That’s why families should always assign a Water Watcher—an adult who maintains visual contact with all children playing in or near the water. Visit PhonesDownEyesUp.org to learn more about the layers of protection you can put in place to help keep kids safe around water, this summer, and all year long.

Stay tuned all month long for essential water safety tips! 🌊🌞
