Some days you walk in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, or stuck, and somehow you leave feeling a little lighter.

The workout may not solve all your problems, but movement has a way of reminding you of your strength physically and mentally!

Today we completed the Murph Challenge together.

Some ran, some jogged, some walked. Some modified. Some pushed through movements they never thought they could do. But every single person showed up and finished in their own way and that’s what mattered most today. 🇺🇸

At Ohana, it’s never about ego or being the fastest in the room. It’s about community, resilience, mental strength, and meeting people where they’re at mentally and physically. Memorial Day Murph reminded us that strength doesn’t always look the same, but showing up with heart always counts.

At Ohana, age doesn’t define your strength. 🤍
In our classes we are all training together, moving together, struggling together, and growing together. Same workout. Same effort. Same respect. Just scaled to where their bodies are at.

That’s what real coaching and real community looks like.

I never want people to think strength training belongs only to the young, already fit, or athletic. Movement belongs to everybody. Strength belongs to everybody. You are never “too old” to learn your body, build confidence, become stronger, or take care of yourself mentally and physically.

And honestly? Watching women in their 60s deadlift or just move with confidence while younger generations watch them do it… that’s powerful. That’s breaking cycles. That’s showing people what aging with strength, resilience, and self respect can actually look like.

This space was built for ALL levels, ALL ages, and ALL people willing to show up for themselves. 🤍
